Danielle was born and raised in Virginia and earned her undergraduate degree from Clemson University before receiving her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts.

While in law school, Danielle completed a fellowship with the Bureau of Special Education Appeals, where she assisted Hearing Officers in connection with administrative hearings and the preparation of rulings and decisions. Her experience with the Bureau provided an early foundation in administrative law and advocacy that continues to inform her practice today.

Following law school, Danielle spent five years with Moore & Lee, P.C. in McLean, Virginia, where she represented clients in a broad range of commercial and healthcare litigation matters. Her practice included representing long-term care facilities and gave her significant experience navigating the legal, regulatory, and financial issues facing healthcare providers.

Danielle now concentrates her practice on matters involving Medicaid and MassHealth eligibility, administrative appeals, guardianships and conservatorships, estate and probate proceedings, and creditor recovery on behalf of long-term care facilities. She works closely with providers, residents, and families to navigate complex eligibility and administrative issues and to develop practical solutions to matters affecting both residents and the facilities that serve them.

Danielle lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts with her husband and two young children. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and being outdoors.
